What happens when you buy a toaster and when you attempt to toast your first bread, it does not work. When asked why, you are told by the retailer that you will need to upgrade your thermostat. Its free, so okay, you let them do it. Then they show you that you can toast again. Thats good. So one day, there you are sitting and toasting your white bread. Another day, you feel adventurous decided to toast wheat bread instead. Then you realised that your toaster could not toast. You asked why and you are told that the toast can only toast white bread and not wheat bread....

Why the rubbish on top?
Frustration, thats why. In short, work is a little getting to me these days. Sigh...
Company bought a product, we have no say in it, mind you. I need to implement the product. There are projects hinging on the successful implementation of this product so I have to get it up. At least, thats the impression i get from my bosses. Next thing I know, the product needs a frimware upgrade before anything that can be done. Fine, do it, since its free. Then I realised that it was not able to perform certain function in even though it was built to do just that. i wrote an email highlighting the urgency of getting the product up to the vendors and stating that it was rather difficult to swallow since it was a like a toaster which could only toast white bread and not wheat bread, know what I mean?
Then my boss came and told me that it was something 'she would not write'. And she also said that if the product could not work, then maybe we need not implement it afterall. Sigh...
Shack... shack... shack...
Sometimes, it can be so difficult when you are at the bottom of the food chain.
